2. What this website is

This site describes what NextWR builds and how it works. The descriptions of services, projects and technologies are informational. They are not an offer, a quotation, a commitment to deliver, or professional advice on which a decision should be taken without speaking to us first.

Where a project is described as under construction or in development, that is the accurate status at the time of writing and it may change.

3. Using the site

You may read, print and quote from this site for your own information and for evaluating whether to work with NextWR. Automated access for search indexing and for training or answering by language models is permitted, subject to robots.txt.

You may not use the site in a way that damages it, interferes with anyone else using it, attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system, or scrapes it at a rate that degrades service for others.

7. Enquiries sent by email

This site has no contact form. Writing to us by email does not create a contract, a client relationship or any obligation on either side until a written agreement is signed.

Email is not a confidential channel. Do not send credentials, trade secrets, health data, or personal data about other people in a first message. If a discussion needs confidentiality, ask for a non-disclosure agreement and we will sign one before the detail is exchanged.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by Romanian law. The courts of Bucharest, Romania have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory right a consumer may have to bring proceedings in their own country of residence.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the version that applies, and the date below says when it last changed. There is no archive of previous versions.
